No. Your Kolavio page works alongside your existing website. It brings together hours, contact options, offers and links to services such as booking, ordering and social channels without moving or replacing your website.

No. You can use your business page and create offers without creator collaborations. When collaborating makes sense, you can open an offer for applications. Available capabilities and limits depend on your current plan.

It is the address of your public business page on Kolavio. Customers can use the same link to find current information, offers and the external services you choose to link.

You can display your business profile, contact information, address, opening hours, offers and supported links, depending on what you choose to publish and what your plan includes.

Yes. You can update your business page from your workspace. Changing its content normally does not require sharing a new Kolavio link.

Yes, where the relevant link type is supported. Kolavio brings these links together on your business page; the booking or order itself takes place through the linked service.

Use Kolavio’s Offer Builder to add the content, choose the valid dates and preview how the offer will appear. You can save a draft and continue before publishing.

Yes. You can set start and end dates to schedule an offer ahead of time. Its visibility depends on its status and settings.

Yes. Kolavio supports pausing, resuming and ending offers. Available actions depend on the offer’s current status and applicable rules.

No. You can create a customer offer without opening it to creators. Creator collaboration is a separate option when setting up an offer.

A business can open an offer for creator applications. Interested creators apply through that specific opportunity. Kolavio does not automatically choose a creator for the business.

Yes. You can review applications and choose which ones to approve. Expressing interest or submitting an application does not automatically create an approved collaboration.

Yes, within the options supported by the Offer Builder. You can describe the task and define relevant creator requirements and compensation terms before a collaboration is agreed.

No. Kolavio records agreed compensation terms and supports follow-up and confirmation, but it does not transfer payments between the business and creator. Any compensation is handled directly between the parties.

The collaboration continues under the offer’s terms and the applicable workflow, such as preparation, booking where relevant, sharing tracked links and reviewing results.

The usual route is to apply for an available creator collaboration. If your application is approved, you can activate or use your creator account as guided by the process. It is not an open directory of automatically assigned jobs.

You publish through the external channels agreed for the collaboration, such as social platforms or other approved sharing channels. Kolavio is not the platform where you livestream or publish your usual social content.

Tracking links help Kolavio associate recorded activity with the correct collaboration and channel. Use the corresponding link on its intended channel so the results are easier to interpret.

In creator results, you can review recorded clicks and verified visits attributable to your collaboration. These are not the same as social media views, revenue or guaranteed purchases.

No. A scan or click is not automatically a verified visit. Kolavio uses the relevant verification flow and its checks before a visit is recorded as verified.

No. The business link opens your public business page. Counter QR belongs to a separate on-site flow for recording and verifying eligible customer visits.

Depending on the flow, Kolavio can use location checks, time-limited proofs and protections against repeat use. A valid result requires the applicable verification conditions to be met.

No, not in every flow. Staff Verification is used when the selected process requires it. Not every QR verification requires staff action.

Yes. Organic visits and activity from other sources are kept separate from creator attribution. A verified visit is not credited to a creator simply because a customer used a QR code.

Kolavio can show business-page activity, recorded link clicks, selected customer actions, traffic sources and verified visits. Available views and capabilities depend on the account and plan.

No. Views and reactions on external platforms do not prove that someone visited a business. Kolavio therefore separates tracked online activity from visits that have been verified.

When the correct tracking links are used, you can see recorded activity associated with the relevant channels and collaborations. Activity without that connection should not be attributed to a creator.

Not as a general guarantee. Clicks and verified visits are defined metrics, but they do not automatically prove purchases, revenue or return on marketing spend.

Kolavio offers a free starting option for businesses. Your business account shows the current plans, included capabilities, limits and upgrade options.

Current plans, prices and conditions are shown when you are signed in to your business workspace. Before confirming a purchase, you should be able to review the price, VAT, billing period and applicable terms.

No. Creating an account and actively choosing a paid subscription are separate steps. Applicable payment terms should be shown before you make a purchase decision.

Where available, Kolavio can provide a link that takes customers to your Google Reviews. That does not mean Kolavio displays Google star ratings or published reviews on your business page, or confirms that a review was posted.

No. Kolavio customer feedback and problem reports concern experiences or issues in relevant Kolavio flows. Google Reviews are handled by Google. These are separate functions.
