Kolavio uses a small amount of information to keep public pages, offers and QR redemption working safely. Optional measurement is separate and only starts when you allow it.

Essential technology

Kolavio may use session, security and visitor identifiers when they are needed to operate the page, protect forms, prevent replay or abuse, and complete QR or redemption flows. Choosing Essential only does not stop offers or QR redemption from working.

Optional measurement and Creator referrals

If you consent to optional measurement, Kolavio may count public-page activity and remember when you arrive through an eligible Creator link so a later verified visit can be connected to that collaboration. If you choose Essential only, this optional measurement is not started.

Cookies and storage currently used

Kolavio uses first-party cookies for privacy choice, session/security and eligible QR/redemption identity. Current retention periods are shown in Cookie Preferences and may change when the product policy changes. Kolavio does not currently use advertising cookies in this public flow.

Changing your choice

You can reopen Cookie Preferences from a Kolavio public page and change your choice. Withdrawing measurement stops future optional measurement and active Creator attribution. Historical evidence already created for legitimate product, security or audit purposes is not silently rewritten.

Public reports and safety

If you report a public page, Kolavio uses the submitted reason and limited technical information needed to prevent abuse and support manual moderation. Reporter identity is not shown to the Business.

Your privacy rights

Applicable privacy law may give you rights to access, correct, delete or restrict certain personal data, and to object or withdraw consent where relevant. Use Kolavio's published contact details to make a privacy request.

Changes to this policy

Kolavio publishes legal-content versions through the SaaS control plane. The current page shows its publication and last-updated dates. Material production wording should receive legal review before launch.
